There are rumours that the Marsh family's microbrewery in Innsmouth is merely a laboratory for tainting the human race. Some people (my wife included) suggest that people get sluggish, inept, and void of inhibitions upon consuming Flagon o' Dagon beer. However, it can be argued that this effect occurs with the consumption of any alcohol. Of course, there is little or no alcohol in Flagon o' Dagon, so the issue becomes cloudy.
05-28-93 : SPONGE encounters Deep Ones in Innsmouth. Some are seen fleeing into the brewery. If nothing else, their presence there makes the place not sterile.
10-19-95 : Octoberfest at Flagon o' Dagon brewery ends in tragic death of 19 participants. All of them were consuming FoD at the time. Details of the deaths are still sketchy after all these years. Innsmouth police are not known for their thoroughness in investigations.
02-09-96 : My first time consuming FoD. I only had one. I have no recollection of what happened after I drank it. When I woke up, I was on Route 128 and I was wet.
06-12-99 : Kilroy drinks a six-pack of FoD and has gas for a week. It should be mentioned that Kilroy frequently has gas, so it may not be attributable to the FoD.
