Dear Dr. Bustofson,
I wish to discuss an outstanding phone charge of November 24
attributed to a guest we had named Will Dyer.
Two months ago you had a Will Dyer staying here from North
Carolina, and you said you would pay for incidental charges.
Please be so kind as to handle the charges of $12.95.
In addition, I would like to add that towels were stolen, and
this Will Dyer wrote something strange and probably obscene
in toothpaste on the wall. Very untidy.
